KINGDOM made a welcome return to our screens this year. Filmed in the beautiful county of Norfolk, the picture-postcard fictional town
‘Market Shipborough’ is better known locally as the market town of Swaffham.
Stephen Fry, who plays the solicitor Peter Kingdom, lives nearby and has called Swaffham ‘a perfect market town, perfectly placed in the heart of Norfolk's perfect Breckland’. Apparently, many of the actors and production staff who spent time here have also fallen in love this glorious corner of Norfolk!
