Communities

Sustainable communities are places where people want to live and work, now and in the future.  They are safe and inclusive, well planned, well run and offer equality of opportunity to all residents. The Sustainable Community Strategy for Breckland 2008–2011 has been developed by the Breckland Partnership, which brings together a range of public, private and voluntary sector organisations to improve quality of life in the District. The Strategy sets out the priorities for the Partnership and introduces a commitment to creating sustainable communities.
